Default Flashing Check Engine and Sputtering/Hesitation!

so this morning i decided to drive the olv V6 (1997 RS). I started my car as i always do, let it warm for about a minute and then started driving. everything was fine then all of a sudden when i came to a stop at a stop sign the idle became rough and sputtery - then i went to give it gas and it was hesitating and sputtering and the check engine light flashed a few times?

within the last 10K miles I have done fuel filter, coils, wires and plugs...any ideas?

Dropping spark on one of your new plugs/wires.

With it doing it all of a sudden it makes me think you have water in your gas. I would get some fuel treatment that will get rid of the water and throw some high octane in it. Recheck all your wires to make sure they are snug on the plugs.
