Default !AIR and an exhaust leak

So I did the !AIR mod and I installed two block off plates on the exhaust manifolds. One seals perfect, the other one doesn't want to cooperate. Already tried using high temp gasket sealant. Any ideas other than buying more gaskets and scrubbing the surface smooth?

Default

When mine leaked, all I did was put a nut on the bottom of each bolt, cause the thread hole was stripped, and would not hold it tight. Stopped my leak so far, and mine was loud. Mine was the driver side that caused the problem.
