Default auto steering column in stick car.will it work?
trying to see if i can swap a auto column into a stick shift car? thanks and only 98-02 for a 98? thanks

I believe it will but there a mod u have to do to the ignition cylinder i think, look up the 6 speed/auto swaps im sure its in there.

We have a computer for interchange I will check but am pretty sure they are don't swap.

The columns themselves work no problem.. I have had an M6 column in an A4 car and vice versa... But Im not sure if the wiring on the 98 columns are any different?...

I'm not sure about wiring issues...but i can tell you the column should be fine, ive got a M6 column in my A4 car, works great :-)
