Default Electrical problem. TPS IAC I don't know.

So my car is revving up to about 2500-3000 at idle. And choking a little. It's not a vaccuum leak, or an iac, however... We know that the iac is what's letting in the air. I replaced it with a new one... And I'm still having the problem. My question is... What is commanding my iac to open? When I checked my tps with my dmm I read proper voltage at every throttle position, but when I put a scanner on it, It read 2.7 volts at closed throttle.
I deleted my codes, then ran the car for about 30 seconds... These are what I got...

PO121- TP sensor or APP sensor 1 problem
P0123- TP or APP sensor 1 cicuit open/high
P0405- EGR sensor "a" signal short/low
P0463- Fuel level sensor circuit signal high/open
P0563- system voltage high
P1121- TP circuit intermittent high Voltagedum
P1635- 5v reference low circuit "a"
P1639- 5v reference "b" low or TCM A/D fault

my egr is deleted... And my fuel level guage is inop. I don't think those codes are relevant to the problem... I have to have this car running by this weekend so any help would be very much appreciated. My car is my only goal right now so if anybody has any ideas I can test/check and reply pretty quickly. Thanks for looking,
-Ron

Try reading TPS voltage at the PCM connector or
as close as you can get to it. There's no telling
what an open circuit will do, and if the TPS volts
/ % are not at idle range then you will get some
throttle cracker, throttle follower airflow adding to
the IAC position.

Some scan tools will let you control IAC, if so you
can drive it down to 0 and see if you're still idling
high (which would then say you do have a vac leak
you just haven't found yet).

The 5V reference codes are unusual and may be
further indication of some wiring fault. Do not know
if 5V ref "a" is the one used by TPS or not.

Thanks for the help. Is the iac open during off idle conditions? Or is it alway closed unless tps reads .6-.9v?

IAC opens further when off-idle so that entering idle, it's coming
from "too much" instead of "too little" air to stay running. That's
the cracker & follower stuff's job. IAC counts should be higher at
cruise than at idle. Just, the blade being open means you don't
notice its contribution.

So I checked all of my grounds that had to do with my abs/traction control.. Because those were the only things I could find that had anything to do with altering the voltage to my tps.. All of them were good. I replace the tps because the recoil was bad anyway when I checked it out.. I read 11.8 reference voltage from my PCM! This is only when it's running... KOEO reads 5 volts. My charging voltage at the battery is around 14 volts.. where the hell is that 11 volts coming from? I even decided to start unplugging abs/trac cntrl components to see if I could get it to go away... No help. My asr light is on all the time... Even if I hit the switch it stays on. That started happening when my problem started.. I went under the dash and unplugged my asr stuff.. And the light stayed on... I don't know what to do now.

I blew a fuse.. It's a 20 amp mini-fuse for my trac cntrl bat. Any help? I know I've got excessive current running through that circuit.. Short to ground? Cross short? Has anybody seen anything like this happen before?
