Default Power Steering Pump?

I was told it was a power steering pump but not 100% sure.

My car makes a high pitched squeek when you turn it on and sounds like a pulley that needs lubed. I tried lubing pulleys but no luck. It squeeks for about 15mins. and then goes away once its warmed up. I put a little bit of stop leak in the p/s resevior and it quieted things down. Checked everything else and all is good. No goofy things going on with the steering if that helps.

You could try shooting a bit of belt dressing on the belt. But if it's squeeling, chances are good that you have an idler pulley that is frozen in place, and not properly tensioning the belt.

I would take the serp belt off and rotate and pull on all the pulleys by hand. The culprit will make its self known when you start spinning them.
