Lets play a game: Diagnose that sound
Alright. The sound is only made when coasting in neutral and turning to the left. It sounds like a muffled clicking and/or tapping sound. It does not do it when turning to the right. However.. if you press the brakes, the sound goes away.
Go.

do i win?
Does it come from the rear or the front. The fact that it only occurs when turning left and in a constant pattern determined by the speed of the car leads me to believe its caused by any of the constant circular moving parts(brakes, bearings, wheels, tires). If that where the case I'd suggest making sure all your brakes are in the proper placement, followed by ensuring all the other parts associated with this type of motion are in good and working order if the problem persists.
