Dash vents

Dash vents Ok, I'm stumped. In my 2000 TA there is no air coming from the dash vents. It blows through the defrost and the floor vents however, this is with AC, vent, heat, anything. The blower motor works fine.... what to check? Any help would be very much appreciated!

its the three way valve under the hood. little plastic piece that has a tendency to crack.
