Rear brake squeak

Rear brake squeak Ok so i have a constant squeak from the right rear brake. I changed the pads and that didn't work. I had the wheel off and spun the wheel by hand and hear it. In one spot in the rotor as i spin it. Its squeaks with the brakes on or off. Any ideas on what to do next?
