Default Weird noise with steering

At first it would only do it when i had the wheel turn all the way either direction. usually parking or something where im not moving fast.

Recently it started doing it more often, like pulling away from a stop sign, still not going very fast, but not as sharp either.

Could this be something dangerous? like be going down the road and lose steering or it lock up?

Or is it just something i need to fix before it gets that bad?

I cant really explain the noise, its just kinda like a whine or light grinding noise.

it still handles and steers fine. i cannot remember exactly, but i think it started after i put new LCAs and panhard bar on. i have not greased them up yet because i keep forgetting, but ill do that now.

Any ideas? im up for replacing stuff as long as its not too expensive or useless.

If that noise is what I think it is, every car I have had and/or driven does that to some degree. I think it's normal, but I could be wrong. I know my 2000 Formula does it when the wheels are at lock left or lock right.

If its a groaning sound, pump could either be low on fluid, has a leak, or is shot

Check if your steering linkage is hitting o your exhaust manifold/header.

This happened to me last month...check your power steering fluid, you might be low. The noise is your pump whining. I just topped mine off and the noise stopped.
