First thing would be to double check all of the bulbs (all the way around) to make sure they are the right type/number. If you can't tell, then you might want to replace them. The bulbs are dual filament in some cases, and if they are replaced with the wrong type, you can get unpredictable behavior or shorts at the socket.

(For example, some of the rear lights have two filaments, one for the running lights and one for the brake. So everything you need for a problematic short is all right there in the socket.)

Did you have the problem before you put in the new bulbs?

Maybe. What did you clean the sockets with? Did you clean them after you started having the problem or before?

I read through everything again and think you probably have a short in the right rear tail light assembly in one of the inner two sockets. (the outside bulb should only have one running light filament in it)

Since the left side is working fine, I'd suggest swapping your left tail lights for the bulbs on the right side and see what happens. If the problem moves to the left side, then you know the bulbs are wrong. If the problem stays the same, then your bulbs are probably good and you have a problem with the sockets.

The ABS inop thing is odd. Maybe its related to the short in the right - dunno. I'd try fixing the right side problem first and see where that leaves you.
