Default LT1 no heat problems ... HELP!!! its gettin cold out

i have a 96 Trans am that i rebuild the motor for and turned into a "super" LT4 ( puts down 360 RWHP) I have LT4 heads that have been ported and polished and the LT4 intake with a High lift cam.... anyways ever since i have put this motor into it i have no to vety little heat... the engine is gettin up to 190 degress F, i can turn the temp blend (cable operated) switch from cold (which is silightly cold bc of no AC operation) to full hot and there is barely any temp change... you can also hear to blend door moving ... havent gotten a change to feel the temp of the lines into the heater core... but im pretty sure it isnt cloged... any ideas?

When was the last time, if ever, you flushed out the heater core lines with a low pressure garden hose? There's a write-up on Shoebox's website, I'll try and pull it up.
