What is going on with the Tach I am trying to find out what I need to fix: My "light bulb" behind my tachometer gauge on the cluster goes out for 2 minutes every other 2 minutes whenever it is illuminated. Is it the bulb, the socket or what?

might just be a loose connection between the bulb and socket but it sounds like the bulb is on its way out. i would just replace all the bulbs.

have to remove trim panel around gauge cluster and then 4 or 5 7mm bolts to remove cluster,pull straight out to disconnect from connector in back. you will have to tilt your still wheel as far down to slide it past. i will be tight but it can be done.
