Unhappy Battery problem!

ok so yesterday i get out of work and start my car and i realize my dome lights sort of flicker. on the way home my check gages light comes on and i notice that my battery gage is really low and in the red zone. then my headlights start to go dim and my car begins to die. after i barely make it home i wait about 10min to restart the car and when i do it starts but struggles like the battery is dead. so today i go get a new battery installed and it starts fine but once again the battery gage goes from ok to low and in the red zone again. they even test my alternator and say its fine. anybody have a thought on whats going on?

If your battery and alt check ok, you might take a look at connections on the other end of the cables. Is the ground cable securely attached to a clean surface? Is the positive securely attached to the starter?
