Default need help with a squeek

ok i have two questions what would make the radiator fluid(antifreeze) turn a milky white or cream color, the second is i just bought a 2000 trans am ws6 and noticed a squeek i figured it was the flexplate, its actually a broke off bolt on the exaust manifold any tips on getting the bolt out? without pulling the engine like a lot of people have told me. im 17 with my first ls1 and would appreciate any other tips anyone has

Your milky antifreeze is a bad thing. The broken bolt is the least of your worries at this point. What you've been told about removing it may be correct, but at the moment you need to start troubleshooting for a possible blown head gasket.

Flush the radiator fluild, put new in and run it for 20 mins and check the color of the radiator fluild. You could just have **** radiator fluid. Who knows the last time the radiator fluid was flushed???
