Default 60-65 mph stumble

About a month ago i noticed that when im driving on the highway between 60-65 mph my car will drop power then pick it up almost instantly like someone tapped the breaks but there is no rpm drop. I changed the fuel filter, plugs, and the wires back in february when i installed my headers and havent changed anything since then, I've checked for vacuum leaks and havent been able to find anything. It happens if the car is on cruise control or if it isnt and it doesn't happen at higher speeds. Has anyone else had a problem similiar than this?

Only mods are lts, lid, tsp catted y, and adjustable borla car has 110k miles and is a daily driver.

Spark plug wire banging against an exhaust manifold pipe can cause that. You could also have a slightly melted 02 sensor wire or one that is also touching or is close to a LT pipe.

Cracked spark plug(s) can do that too.

Wouldnt any of those issues cause the problem at any speed because it only happens between 60-65mph for some reason? I've driven the car 120 miles one way at 75mph and 0 problems and take backroads from work between 40-50mph with no issues. Thanks for the suggestion and ill check em.

Its tough chasing things like this.

A cracked sprak plug or a bad spark plug wire might cause problems just at certain rpm's.

Maybe a leaky injector that only leaks at a certain fuel pressure output.

You might want to check for codes even if you have no SES light. Maybe a certain cylinder will show up with an issue. Then you can weed things out from there.

Well, if you no way to get it off the pipe...do what you need to do, you cannot run like that.

Most of the times the spark plug wire can be grabbed up near the coil and you can turn that boot until the wire moves off the pipe. But not all set-ups are the same, so do what it takes to get it off there....then go for a drive.
