Default Squeaky Belt and Glove Box Rubber Inserts

So I have been replacing my Serpentine Belt every 2 Months because they squeak for no reason. I'm on my 3rd belt, and every time, after about 2 months, they start chirping and squeaking. This problem is on the TSB & Recalls page, but I was curious if anyone knows how to get around this and actually keep the same belt.

Also, I realized that I don't have any rubber inserts on the inside of my glove box to keep it from rattling when it's closed. See Below:

Does anyone know where I can pick these up? Not on Ebay, and Cleveland Pick-a-part told me they would notify me when they get some, but every glove box they have for sale has the rubber inserts....

Thanks Guys, much appreciated!

Does it go away with a bit of belt dressing?

check for pulley alignment. stand on the side of the car and watch the pulleys.. one will probably be noticably differant. probably the tensioner. but it could be any of them.

how many miles on the car/ stock tensioner? and are you sure its the belt and not an idler pully or so? I replaced my stuff with the katech solid adj. tensioner and a goodyear gatorback belt and have had no problems whatsoever for more than a year now.

I'm going to put money on it being one of your idler pullies.

Read this, it solved my chirping problems.
