Default 99 camaro ss window adjustment

I have a friend that just bought this car, and I can't get the window to seal against the weatherstip correctly, I've been studying the shbox.com website for a while now and even looked at it while adjusting the window and still can't get it right. Any ideas? could the regulator be worn?

Where is it not sealing and how wide is the gap?

the rear top and rear bottom of the window (towards rear of the car) you can almost stick your finder through the gap at the rear bottom, we already replaced the weather strip

This isn't an adjustment issue, then. Something is probably busted.

Pop off the door panel and see if you have one of the two issues in these threads:

I think he might have the same issue as the second link, here are some pictures I took, (crappy iphone camera) any suggestions?
