radiator people............
I added some pictures of what I need a nut for so I can tighten this tranny cooler port enough so it doesn't allow coolant to drip out under pressure.
It seems like 3/4"...I got a 3/4" nut from Home Depot but the threads are more fine on the tranny port so it won't work.
Anyone had this problem here. It starting leaking a few days ago.
The factory nut looking thing and washer are also pictured. It won't tighten down enough to seal it.
The way it works is: you tighten that nut down and it pulls that port gradually outward sealing it up against the inside of the radiator wall.
If there's a gasket or o-ring that is on the inside then it fell off and I'll need a new radiator I guess. But I can't see anything when I move that port around.
