Does this mean my wideband sensor went out. PIC

The other day it was acting really wierd, so I recalibrated it. Under WOT it reads 22.4 but reads fine when just cruising aroung. Does that means the sensor went out

I'd love to say yes because that is exactly what my WB graph looks like now...

I'd try posting in the PCM/Diagnostics forum and see what those guys have to say!!!
