Question Steering clunk

Hey Guys,
I Have a 2000 SS with no suspension mods. When I back up (like out of a parking space) and turn the wheels hard to the right I get an audible clunk and it feels like something is binding up in the front. It seems to only do it when I turn the wheels to the right. Anyone have any idea what the issue might be? Thanks and Happy New Year everyone.

Default

It has happened to mine and a few others i've read about on here. The swaybar mount on the subframe has been known to break. Just something simple to check. Mine broke on the passenger side.
