Car Jerking at cruising speed/ around 80mph

Car Jerking at cruising speed/ around 80mph Need your help guys! I searched the forums, but still came up empty.
My car starts to jerk hard around 70-80mph on the freeway. When im driving on the street its totally fine.
So I changed both front O2's (rears are deleted), spark plugs, and fuel filter! Still jerks at cruise speeds!!
All my egr crap is capped and deleted, so Im stuck at this point. The car was dyno tuned about 2 years ago. No problems till now.
I would appreciate any help guys!!
