Do you mean when your driving at a certain speed and a certain amount of minutes, The e brake and in op abs would turn on?
Do you have different size tires meaning a offset to your car. Mine does that because I have smaller tire up front and bigger tire out back. Our cars were program to have I guess the same size tire all around.
Its no problem.

Sounds like a bad wheel speed sensor.

Yes our cars were designed to have all the same tire size on them. The ebcm wont be able to control the tcs because it wont be able to calculate the individual wheel speeds since the fronts are different from the back.

If all those lights are coming on at the same time it is most likely your EBCM(electronic brake control module) The relays inside of it were cheap and go out pretty quick. You need to take that off your car and have it sent out and rebuilt. You can take this part off your car and still be able to drive it if it is your daily driver, you just wont have ABS. just type in EBCM repair in google and you will some links to people that offer the repair I think the average rate is like 150 bucks. Or you could by a new one from GM which cost like a grand I think. Take it to a shop that has a thorough computer reader as the basic obd2 readers are unable to read these kind of codes. The shop will be able to tell you exactly what the problem is if that is not the problem.

Thats the best way to do it! Before ABS and TCS came out I wonder how people survived lol. My 68 camaro was no vacuum boosted 4 wheel drum brakes, talk about crappy brake system.

I had an issue with my BRAKE, LOW TRAC, ABS INOP, and ASR OFF intermittently flashing on then off during normal driving (not even braking), and it turned out to be a loose ground in the engine bay.

The leaking axle seal problem is easy to fix. Pull the axles out and replace the seals.

I had the same issue with my previous 2001 SS. Since I was used to not having ASR/TCS and ABS (1990 RS 305 previously owned) I did not make any repair. I just removed the cluster and covered the LEDs for the Brake, ASR, and ABS. Drove approximately 30K miles with no problems before I had to trade her.

There is a calculation made (IIRC, it is 97%) and if the front and rear are off by more than that it will switch ABS off and set the light. I have an electrical issue with mine; when I have my foot on the brake and the ABS light comes on, I can feel the difference in the pedal.
I prefer ABS, but that's just me. It has saved my azz more than once, and I wish I had it yesterday on my DD when I slid through a stop sign b/c I did not see the ice patch on the road.
