Default Dead Battery

My battery is dead so I took it out to replace and now there is 4" of snow on the car cover. Will it hurt to leave the battery out for a couple of days until the snow melts? I know I will have to reset the clock and radio stations, the computer won't forget it's tune will it? Thanks

itll be just fine, storing it without the battery in or connected is the best way to do it. ive had my car in storage for 8 months and when i got home on leave i connected the battery and it fired right up, ran without any problems.
