cooling fan issues.please help

Default cooling fan issues.please help
My cooling fans work opposite the way they should, I turn the car on and the fans run when the motor is cold. The motor gets hot and my fans shut off and the car overheats. I replaced the fan relay, temp sensor on the head and the water pump. As of right now i have them just wired direct so they run all the time, but i would like to fix it.....any suggestions?

There are 3 relays in the system. Did you replace all 3?

My guess is that one of them may be incorrect for the application.

The 2 relays in the fuse bow under the hood are fine...where is the 3rd?
