Default AC not blowing cold in Silverado

Recently I noticed my AC is not blowing cold in my 1999 Chevy Silverado. I can feel the air blowing out of the vents but it seems like it's not blowing as hard. In the engine bay the AC line from the compressor feels ice cold but inside the cabin its warm. When the system kicks on I only hear one click which leads me to believe the freon level is ok.

Anything else I can check for? It's starting to get warm in Texas

Is the AC compressor belt still there? I know it sounds crazy but on my Dad's 2000 we've lost it twice in it's 170K life. Also if it's not blowing as hard as it used to you might removed the kick panel on the passanger side below the glove box and drop out and clean/replace both cabin filters if it has them.
