Default Air bag light after cluster swap

Can anyone tell me how to turn this off with the tech 2? As in I have never used one before, but I can get my hands on one, and I need step by step instructions. Thanks in advance.

Can you clairify that post a little? I don't recall a button under the steering column or steering wheel. This is on a Fbody right?

Yea, I don't know of a button under the dash...and I've been through the wiring on these cars quit a bit (yes, mine is an fbody). This is a 5 minute fix with a tech II (and a common thing to do when changing a cluster)...I just need to know the steps. I can get my hands on a tech II, I just need to know what to do once I get it.
