Default Power Steering return line fitting

I need to find the fitting that converts the return side of the rack to AN line. I seen Earls had one a while ago but cant seem to find it. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

I'm looking for similar help guys, it sounds like. My all steel line that runs parallel to the rack (the upper line) has sprung a leak. Having a hard time finding a replacement, and I can't bend my own unless I find tube with an o-ring end, then flare the other end myself. It sounds like you guys have found an adapter to go from o-ring to flare, but when I search for that, it looks like a bigger o-ring than I think mine had on it. CAn someone show me pics of how they replaced this line on their steering rack?
