so theres like a grinding or chain sounding noise that comes form the engine bay, it sometimes does it on startup or randomly starts making the noise, it started doing it last night and it only went away when i put the ac on. but when i turn it off the noise came back again. but today it did it, i left the ac off and floored it and the sound stopped, i shut the car off then restared and no noise. just wanna know what it is?

Check out the a/c compressor while the car is running. See if the clutch is engaging and disengaging right. The a/c clutch is suposta release when you you go WOT
