Default bout to put a brick through my window and call it a day

well i changed my window motor with one from oriellys...cardone i think, pretty fast...if the ******* teeth were lined up...when i go to put my window down i hear clonk clonk clonk clonk clonk!! i know i used the correct holes but the screws it came with were tiny the head of the screw when THROUGH the holes of the motor so i put some washers on it...when i hear all the racket i attempted to take the nuts off the screws but the nuts are just spinning!! i can sit there and turn it all day and it wont come off...all 3 of em...i dont get it..is it the tiny screws allowing it to be mis-aligned or is it the teeth on the motor itself not the correct size? and how the hell am i suppose to get these nuts off

If you can't get the nuts off the screws then you'll have to drill off the heads of the screws.

I forget if I didn't get screws with mine, or just went and used different screws altogether.

ya i went and got new screws...i had them all loose and i was moving the motor around and i found a position where it wouldnt grind the teeth and i was drilling a new hole on the motor and i guess i pushed the teeth of the motor out of the teeth of the regulator and the window just dropped and i decided to stop for the day before i do anything else stupid

Brick is a good solution.

Should have replaced the motor and regulator together and not even messed with taking it apart (and its so much easier replacing it as one piece). Yes, having the wrong hardware will **** these window assemblys up. Get the correct rivets and do it right.
