Default Throttle problems AGAIN!

When I am driving my car (M6) and i push the clutch in the rpms will drop down like normal but hang up between 1.5k and 3k rpm. If I tap the throttle (rpms don't have to jump any more than 100 rpm) the rpm's drop down to the normal idle range. This problem is really getting on my nerves as often i'm coming to a stop and the rpm's stay elevated.

I have cleaned the MAF twice so I doubt it is that. I had a previous idle problem due to a disconnected vaccum hose. The SES light is on but I have not scanned it yet. Do these cars have throttle position sensors? Any ideas for my plan of attack?

Default

Sounds like a vacuum leak with the pcv system IMO, check that and clean the IAC motor. Yes they do have tps sensors. Get it scanned.
