gas in oil, car won't start?

gas in oil, car won't start? ok, new motor and everything. I put in 5w 30 break in oil (royal purple). before i did that the car would idle fine with 10w30. after i did the change and put in the other it started for a few seconds then stopped. will crank but wont start. smells like gas in the oil, I changed the oil and filter asap. any ideas? car still won't start. everything else is fine. spark plugs aren't wet.
