oil dipstick tube loose ?

I check oil today and pull out the dip, and I felt that dipstick tube is loose, I can wiggly it and it move up an down ( like stray forware and backware ), What I need to check ? and how can I make it tight ? thank

About half way down there's a 15MM bolt that holds it on. Maybe it's loose or the bracket is broken?

I check it this weekent, do you think if this oil dipstick loose, it leak oil out ? the preview owner put in header, I think they not tight the dipstick tube in right.
