Default Headlight Problems

Ok I do need to know something on the WS6....ONLY on the drivers Ive had issues with the headlight making loud nosies and when unlocking and locking the car the headlights go up then down... I did try to flip the gear or whatever and it still had the same problem so i got a new gear and its still doing it....why would it do it with a new one...and sound i just replace the headlight motor?

Well if they are going up and down when you unlock and lock the car it's just the car saying "hello" and "goodbye"... Mine flashes once when I unlock it and flashes twice and honks when I lock it. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

Just replace the plastic gearing with the metal type.
