Default Clunk in reverse

First The car is a 2002 SS M6. The problem is when im in reverse if I accelerate a little to quickly there is a nasty feeling clunk or pop that sounds or feels like its coming from the rear of the car. It only does this in reverse. What should I look into im thinking Transmission mount or U-joints so what else should I look into.

Those both are exactly what I would look for. Also check for witness marks from the exhaust on the under body/ brackets.

Me personally I'd be leaning towards the U-joints but either one I'd believe could be the culprit, keep us updated plz
