really bad miss

really bad miss got a 99 gmc sierra 2500, it got a LQ4 6.0 wit lt headers n cai
the miss is real bad, it mainly does it when i take off, once iam down the road n give it gas it does it really bad the truck just struggles alot, vibrates
alot alot,
i got it checked n it said cly 4,5,6 have a bad miss, i changed all the plugs n wires, n i got the three coil packs,
replaced them all n it still misses the same, is there sumthin i missed, i gap the plugs at 60, there ngk tr55,
was thinkin if it could be the fuel regulator, i got a new fuel pump,
or worst a bent pushrod,
