Default Car wont charge

Ok, so here recently my car wont charge, i just noticed this the other day going to work. The car went completely DEAD. Well i took the alt out to go have it checked out,
oriellys checked the alt said it was perfectly fine.
So i went back grabbed the battery and was told it was good to go as well.

Put everything back together and the car still wont charge the battery. The plug on the top of the alt is good, or atleast the wire is still in the plug, and it still plugs in just fine, its just when i go to run the car my volt meter slowly goes down and will eventually show in the red.

What gives ?

Get a voltmeter and see if there is any voltage on the wire you plug in the top (exciter wire), if there isn't then there is a break somewhere in this wire and the alt won't charge until you fix it.

Do you see any flickering in your headlights?

Check your exciter wire then. The only 2 things that I'm aware of that will prevent charging are a dead alt or a broken wire.

Heres what ive done so far.

Taken the Alt to oriellys and they said it was good.
Took out the battery, they also said it was good.
Ran my buddies obd2 scanner on it and told me ther were no DLC's, but i dont think im using the scanner correctly, its a tricky one, gonna re-try tomorrow probably.
Took the wire out the top of the alt with the 4pin plug, ran a continuity test from it to the number 15 pin(Was told it was the generator/alt trigger wire) on the PCM, and that also said it was good. So im stumped, im trying to sell my car as most know, and this is REALLY hindering me from trying to get it sold :/ Willing to pay if someone can fix it, its giving me a F*CKING HEADACHE
