Question bogging out

My friend was working his caddy and wanted to compare fuel psi. He put the guage on it read 60psi on my car. Well when he took the guage off about a hour later I left and when the car got to 30mph it totally bogged out on me. Then when I got to 50mph it did it again. Both times it did it it was severe enough to make me move forward. What can this be? BTW...A little bit of gas spilled when he diconnected the fuel psi guage. UPDATE... It does it when engine is below 210*.I'm wondering if there's water in the tank. Maybe the higher temperature evaporates the water in the fuel.

Probably an emissions issue. The PCM calculates things differently when the engine is up to temperature. Is the bogging related to mph or rpm?
