ok the prob i am having is i had a bad alt so i replaced it with a brand new one but have the same prob as befor the volt guage shows a normal 13v charge on the dash at start up but after it warms up the hand will show the last red 3 dots on the dash but under a load around 3000-3500 the volt meter will draw volts and drop to around 9 but after 3500 starts building back up really noticable at night when it draws power it dims my headlights really bad.. shouldent this be the oppsite shouldent it build more voltage at higher rpm than dropping voltage? any sugestions?

also i got a random misfire code anyone know where to start on this on every one i talk to just gives me the run around.. i though it might be a bad coil but if it was it would give me a p0301, 2, 3 etc but it just says p0300b everytime i scan it?
