stuck window regulator due attempted replace of window motor yesterday i attempted to change out the drivers side window motor. this is the third time doing a window motor replacement. two on my old camaro and this one. well as i unbolted the motor it held in place the i stuck my arm into one of the hole to remove the motor the window fell and the regulator went up basically pinning my hand inside of the door yeah ouch. i had a piece of wood in there to prop up the window while i removed the motor but i mustve bumped it and it fell away from the glass. well after the hospital visit because the cut was close to my veins and it felt like it was broke, i come back to the house and tried to walk my brother in law through the rest of the swap and i cant get the glass to go back up we can get it to go up about a half an inch but it is like something is just holding it down. the prop is out but the motor is still in the bottom of the door but doesnt seem to be the problem. could it have jammed the regulator and pinched somewhere cuz it is not giving way. i need to finish it quick because my window is down just inviting bad people lol.
