so i have a 3.8l with the five speed, when im gettin on it and engage the clutch before i shift i get this bang like my tranny is hitting the car after i shift and get back in it its fine it has a new tranny mount and just changed fluid in tranny.

check for witness marks from the exhaust...if its that bad you will probably see some dings...probably bad motor mounts if you just changed the tranny mount

yea i checked for any signs of the exhaust hitting and couldnt find any thing im gonna have to try the motor mounts i guess

i definitly sounds like motor mount to me. My WS6 did the same thing when i had a broke one.

check your U-joints and torque arm bushings too....

changed the u joints not to long ago just have to get the energy and time to actually check my motor mounts from every one i have talked to thats what it is thanks for all the help
