Default where does the windshield washer tube go?

I was checking my oil and noticed my windshield washer tube was just sitting out not plugged into anything. I know its the windshield washer fluid tube because they stopped working and when I use it the tube sprays the fluid out.

I cant figure out where it is supposed to plug into either. A picture showing where or someones explanation would be greatly appreciated.

its the long black tube by the strut brace.

Yes that one, it's black and has little vents on it.

To remove the cowl grill remember to pull on the center little button like thing on the clips, they have a grove where you can stick something in to pull them by.
