Default hesitation problem

my car hesitates when driving regular throttle. this only happens when going 50 to-60mph I have a Aeroforce gauge and when it starts hesitating/bogging/lossing power i can see that there is some knock retart.

i have changed fuel filter,o2's cleaned the maf, changed wires, plugs. i also checked the fuel pressure at idle and its a 58psi.

what else should i check with the gauge? or what else can i check?
also i should mention that sometimes after i finish putting gas on the car when i turn it on it sounds like it barely gets any power/idle. could this possibly be a bad fuel pump?

doesnt hesitate in every gear etc only between 50 and 60 like mentioned and if i got wot it wont do it at all.

well you were correct. i had a leak back where it merges into the y. it was rotted and ripped.

i still get a little hesitation in the same spot. so it might possibly be a clogged injector or maybe even the fuel pump or something.
