Default Car wont start!...No its not VATS(bypassed)

Hi Guys,

The car in question is a '01 3.8L camaro that doesn't start or make any attempts to. Its almost like how when vats problem doesn't let a car start but VATS is disabled on the car.

This morning I started the car with the remote and it started up just fine and its been running flawlessly since the last time its happened when it RAINED.

Its a convertible and the rain water ends up under the rear seats and the foot space on the left side. I'm guessing the drain tubes are clogged.

The car actually started fine and warmed up for 10 minutes like it always does with remote start. I cleaned out the water with a mug from the footwell area, the car doesn't wana start. Same thing as last time, no cranking no start.

Is there some sort of a wire that gets pinched or a circuit that gets wet everytime there's water in that area?

My strong hunch is that when I clean out the foot area, I hit a part of wiring harness that causes this?

Thanks!
