Default Lack of running/Parking Lights

First off, 1994 Formula

So yeah, all lights on my car are working except my parking lights. I checked the fuse box and the 15Amp fuse was blown. I replaced it, left the cover off and turned the parking lights back on and saw the fuse IMMEDIATELY blow out. I repeated the process with a 25Amp and a 30Amp and it blew those also. I've checked the wiring to my lights in front and back and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. Anyone have any suggestions / fixes? I'm starting to think it might be the switch itself or something to that nature but I'm beginning to become annoyed at the fact that I can't drive at night due to lack of lights in the back.

Do you have water in the front turn signal housings? Have you changed any bulbs lately or done any electrical work before this started happening?

I changed pretty much everybulb in the car but this was happening before I had done that. It just keeps repeatidly blowing the parking light fuse when I turn them on.

The tail lights when I bought the car were full of water from sitting so long. I drained them and I replaced all bulbs and rusted sockets and checked the wiring. Everything now works except the parking lights

Has this been happening since you did the sockets?

If you pull all the light bulbs out and throw the switch, does the fuse still blow?

Yea, the bulb thing will help.

If it blows without the bulbs, then you've got a generalized wiring issue that will be harder to track/trace.

If it does not blow without the bulbs, then its probably a more localized thing that you can trace by plugging in bulbs one at a time until it blows.
