Check your 'Horn Relay' behind the panel under your steering wheel.

....OK so I replaced the horn relay but it did not fix the problem.

......Now what?

There is also a fuse that controls horn and headlight motor. At least on my 2000 ta. Under hood. Its the second big red fuse First one being closest to pass side if car

Check for voltage at the horn(s) harness

If you have pull power at the horn, then I'd try a new horn.
