Default BRAKE, TCS AND ABS INOP all on??

So i got my car running again. I've been really busy with work and never buttoned her up. I put the battery in and i accidently touched the cruise module directly behind the battery to the battery. I started her and she smoked for a bit (prolly cause its been sitting for 3 months) but after a warm up she was sounding good! I looked on my dash and noticed that my lights for the BRAKE, ABS INOP AND TCS are all on!! what did i do? I'm not sure what or how this happened but any thoughts would be great!! Fuse? Wire? NO IDEA what happened.

Thanks guys

Have you been doing any work around the wheels, brake area while fixing your car? Could a wheel sensor be unplugged?

now that i think of it when i did the wire mod i did unplug some sensors around the wheel. When i get home ill check everything it was getting late but it didn't look like any fuses were blown. Any other possibilities? Ive never had a problem like this.

it's either in the wiring or one of the sensors. You don't even have to touch the system and have problems with it. I am removing the TCS and ABS systems and installing a pv.

I am having the same problem in my 01 Z28. Which fuses are you referring to? The ones in the engine bay?

I took the car to a scan and they guy told me I'm having a "ECU malfunction". If the sensors or the fuses are bad will the system throw this code or it is for sure that I need to replace the ABS Module?

Just what everyone else has mentioned: wiring, connectors, etc. There really isn't that much going on down there...
