6.2litre question

Default 6.2litre question

ok thinking of going to a 6,2 litre ls motor w l92 heads ,carburated but have had a couple of people tell me the cranks were weak in these motors does anyone have any imput on this im runnig a 6.0 its all stock except cam has ms-4 lq-9 w/317 heads and 850 carb w/ 100 shot of nos run 6.25 @114 w/ 148 60ft 3100lb mustang going to put the 6.2 in a 86 ford ltd 2 wagon w/ glide and brake 150 up to 200 shot will it hold thanks bryan

Ok, I'll give it a shot. I've heard the 6.0L crank is good up to 800hp. Not sure about the 6.2L?... I seen this info when looking around in the forced induction section on here.

The 6.2 cranks are good for about 16,752 HP and that's all. Anything above that and they just snap into pieces.
