This thread has a procedure for doing the adjustment. Its a total PITA and needs to be done twice at each wheel, with the tire and disk brake caliper off:

This is a common issue after rotors are changed out. The bore can be slightly different and the brake needs to be adjusted for that. The first link below has generic info on the system and the second link has a diagram of the components in one of the threads:

Too bad that old myth about going in reverse about 10mph and hitting the brakes real hard to make them work again doesn't really work........ lol
