How far is it sagging and where do you notice it? There could be many different things wrong... A pic would help.

My driver door sags a tad. I lifted up on it, no play in the hinges (they are non-serviceable BTW). What I did see.......the metal where the hinge was bolted to flexing.....metal fatigue on the thin sheet metal

I had the same problem. I bought a pin and spring compressor, and instead had play in the hinge, so just ended up replacing those..

I could sell you a new pin and a spring compressor if you want to figure it out..

I think that's just normal wear. I recently rebuilt my hinges and had to re-align the door. It was a total PITA, but the door closes like a Lexus now.

That's what I said.. But wait it gets worse.. You'll be back when after you start having to lift your door up to close it..

My DS door is pretty bad too, the passenger one closes all nice and crisp but the ds one is saggy as hell. I tried using a floor jack to try and level the door because it was off a little bit. It worked for a while then it slowly started getting bad again. I have to slam it pretty hard sometimes for it to shut all the way and have to use my hip alot to finish closing it from the outside.

BTW my name is also jorge and i drive a z28 lol

I have to lift my door a little to close it.. Driver side.. It's a nuisance but I've gotten used to it.. But not used to it enough to ignore it.. I want to fix it.. So I take it I have to replace the pins and bushings on it? If so where abouts do I get the repair kit for it? Thanks a million guys, greatly appreciate it

This is the guy's kit that I used: http://www.andyz28.com/3rdGen/installation.html

It does work on 4th gens. I put in the greasable kits, but they are a real PITA to grease. If I had to do it all over again, I'd just go with the regular non-greasable.
