Default p1153 problem

Hi guys i need help, i have long tubes on my car with the air deleted and have no cats on my car. there is a tune on the car and there are no holes in the pipes near the right bank headers, near the o2 sensor. why is it still bringing up this code?

Also incase someone asks, i have already replaced the sensor. after i replaced sensor the cel stayed off for like a day or two then came back on.

Do you have access to a scanner? I would take a look at fuel trims and see if they look decent. Could be a couple different things, since you already replaced the sensor I would check to see if the 12V heater circuit is working with a test light.
